I agree to the Terms & Conditions. I understand that this is a confidential coaching program and that confidentiality applies mutually to both the Coach and all participants. All program materials, frameworks, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of Coached by McKay and are provided for my personal use only; they may not be shared, reproduced, sold, or distributed in any form. Coaching support is professional in nature and does not constitute therapy, legal advice, or medical services.

Membership is billed every four (4) weeks and renews automatically unless canceled with at least seven (7) business days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. All payments are final and non-refundable.

My membership includes access to weekly group coaching sessions, scheduled group programming, and group Slack channels where the coaching team participates. Coaching support is provided in group settings only and does not include one-on-one coaching or private email or direct Slack message access to any coach, except for administrative or scheduling support.

If I choose to upgrade my level of support, the upgrade may take effect immediately and fees will be prorated and confirmed via email. I also grant Coached by McKay the right to use my first name, likeness, and testimonial content for marketing and educational purposes.
